Q.   How do I book a tour and when do I receive a contract?
A.   Give us a call toll free at (888) 347-4227 and one of our consultants will be happy to discuss your travel plans. Once you have decided on a tour date, your tour consultant will confirm your reservation and a formal contract will be sent.

Q.   Do the tour packages include bus transportation?
A.   No, we suggest you contact your local bus company or we can supply you with one of our preferred bus companies to get you the best price.

Q.   What is the minimum number of passengers needed for a tour to go?
A.   All tour packages are based on a minimum of 40 paying passengers. We can re-price any tour listed based on your minimum needs.

Q.   How much and when is a deposit due?
A.   Since each tour is different, deposit & payment schedule will be listed on your tour contract

Q.   Are there special incentives for group leaders?
A.   Yes, each tour package includes 2 free with 40 paid. The 41st and 42nd passengers are free.

Q.   To whom do we send and make payments?

Q.   Are refunds given?
A.   Yes. Cancellation of entire tour is refundable up to 60 days prior. Individual cancellations are based on monies from our suppliers and will be listed in detail on your tour contract.

Q.   Is travel insurance available?
A.   Yes, We strongly recommend that you inform your group of our Travel Protection Insurance. This insurance protects against cancellations and interruption. Some restrictions may apply based on coverage selected.
